Shipping Times

Our average turnaround time is between 10-15 business days from the time the order is placed for all non-decorated items. Please add 3-5 business days for all orders that require decoration. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Free Shipping limited to continental US only.

Return Policy

At Read's Uniforms we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to provide returns and exchanges of merchandise with adhering to the following policies:

- Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Garments that have been worn, washed, or soiled may NOT be exchanged or returned.
- Uniforms that have been customized or altered may NOT be returned.
- All Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
- All non-standard items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When returning an item you will get free shipping on the replacement order. We can supply a return label for your items for a flat $15 fee.
